✨ Twisted Tzz Return & Exchange Policy

At Twisted Tzz, every shirt is made to order with care.

We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer:

Size Exchanges: You may request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery for standard (non-customized) items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Refunds or Replacements: If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Custom Orders: Because custom and personalized items are made uniquely for you, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on size exchanges.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), Twisted Tzz will cover the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request an exchange, refund, or replacement, please email us at gettwisted@twistedtzz.com with your order number and details. We will respond with instructions within 2–3 business days.
